Prohibited Activities
Users of HireMe 24/7 must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
- Provide false information in profiles, CVs, or documents
- Harass, discriminate against, or abuse other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or user data
- Use automated tools to scrape data or send spam
- Impersonate another person or organisation
- Upload malware, viruses, or harmful content
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
- Circumvent security measures or access controls
- Charge job seekers fees for employment opportunities
Employer-Specific Rules
- Only post genuine job vacancies
- Do not request payment from job seekers
- Comply with all South African labour laws
- Respond to applications in a timely manner
Enforcement
Violations may result in account suspension, permanent ban, or legal action. We reserve the right to remove content and report illegal activity to authorities.
