Prohibited Activities

Users of HireMe 24/7 must not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
  • Provide false information in profiles, CVs, or documents
  • Harass, discriminate against, or abuse other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or user data
  • Use automated tools to scrape data or send spam
  • Impersonate another person or organisation
  • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful content
  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Circumvent security measures or access controls
  • Charge job seekers fees for employment opportunities

Employer-Specific Rules

  • Only post genuine job vacancies
  • Do not request payment from job seekers
  • Comply with all South African labour laws
  • Respond to applications in a timely manner

Enforcement

Violations may result in account suspension, permanent ban, or legal action. We reserve the right to remove content and report illegal activity to authorities.
