1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HireMe 24/7 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

HireMe 24/7 is an online employment platform that connects job seekers with employers in South Africa. Services include CV building, job search, document storage, job applications, and employer recruitment tools.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Job Seeker Obligations

  • Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and CV.
  • Only upload genuine and valid documents.
  • Do not misrepresent your qualifications or experience.
  • Use the Platform solely for legitimate job search purposes.

5. Employer Obligations

  • Provide accurate company information during verification.
  • Post only legitimate job vacancies.
  • Comply with the Employment Equity Act and Labour Relations Act.
  • Do not discriminate based on race, gender, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Handle applicant data in accordance with POPIA.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed at R29/month through PayFast recurring billing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, templates, and content, is owned by HireMe 24/7. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant us a licence to display and share it as necessary to provide our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

HireMe 24/7 is a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. We are not liable for the actions of employers or job seekers, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
