Premium Subscription Refunds

HireMe 24/7 Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at R29/month through PayFast recurring billing.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full refund within 7 days of initial subscription if no premium features have been used.
  • Pro-rata refunds may be considered for billing errors or duplicate charges.
  • No refunds for partial months after the 7-day cooling-off period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at hireme247.support@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. We aim to process refunds within 5-10 business days.
